چکیده

A quantitative and confirmatory method for detecting the presence of triphenylmethane dyes in shrimp muscle using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) a quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged safe (QuEChERS) extraction approach was validated. The exhibited linearity selectivity coefficient determination (R2) higher than 0.95 all studied analytes. Limits detection (LODs) varied from 0.32 to 0.44 µg kg-1 limit quantification (LOQ) determined be 0.5 trueness, precision, decision limits (CCα), capability (CCβ) uncertainty presented adequate performance. In addition validation muscle, fish salmon were also satisfactory validated as an extension scope. suitability proposed evaluated through interlaboratory proficiency test, which results obtained. fully is thus suitable analysis shrimp, fish, muscle.

Determination of malachite green and leucomalachite green residues in rainbow trout in Sanandaj City

Background and Aim: Malachite green (MG) is an organic compound which his used as a dye in textile industry. This compound is applied incorrectly and illegally in aquiculture as an antimicrobial agent. This compound has mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. Materials and Methods: In this study we determined the concentrations of MG and leucomalachite green (LMG) in the muscle tissue of 90 rainbow...

Removal of Brilliant Green and Crystal violet from Mono- and Bi-component Aqueous Solutions Using NaOH-modified Walnut Shell

In the present work, the simultaneous determination of Brilliant green (BG) and Crystal violet (CV) dyes with overlapped absorption spectra in binary mixture solution, was carreid out using the partial least squares (PLS) and direct ortogonal signal correction-partial least squares (DOSC-PLS) methods. The results obtained indicate that by applying DOSC on the calibration and prediction data for...

Decolorization of malachite green and crystal violet by waterborne pathogenic mycobacteria.

Mycobacterium avium, Mycobacterium intracellulare, Mycobacterium scrofulaceum, Mycobacterium marinum, and Mycobacterium chelonae tolerate high concentrations of the dyes malachite green and crystal violet. Cells of strains of those species decolorized (reduced) both malachite green and crystal violet. Because decolorized malachite green lacked antimicrobial activity, the resistance of these myc...

Reduction of malachite green to leucomalachite green by intestinal bacteria.

Intestinal microfloras from human, rat, mouse, and monkey fecal samples and 14 pure cultures of anaerobic bacteria representative of those found in the human gastrointestinal tract metabolized the triphenylmethane dye malachite green to leucomalachite green. The reduction of malachite green to the leuco derivative suggests that intestinal microflora could play an important role in the metabolic...
